STEP 1: Please ensure you have read our full package information and all the F.A.Q's on this page. If you have any questions please get in touch.

STEP 2: Head directly to book now to make a booking. If your party is under 2 weeks notice, complete the Booking Enquiry Form on this page or call the store direct.

STEP 3: We will get back to you within 3 working days to discuss and confirm our availability.

STEP 4: Once we have confirmed an available date and session time with you we will send you a link for payment which is valid for 24 hours (please be aware if payment is not received your desired slot will become available for other enquiring customers)

STEP 5: If full payment is made we will send you your confirmation email, please ensure you read this carefully as it contains important information and further instructions.

STEP 6: Head to site to collect your invites, or we can send out a pdf copy.

STEP 7: Party time! Your party host will greet you and support you throughout your party booking with us, so relax and enjoy!

Due to high volumes of party enquiries we allow enquiring customers 24 hours to make payment for their requested party slot, please be aware if payment is not received within this time the slot will become available to other enquiring customers. It is for this reason we require up to three working days to respond to initial party enquiries, however please rest assured enquiries are responded to in the order they are received. As we can have multiple customers enquiring about the same party slots we ask all customers to complete the booking enquiry form above so that we can ensure fairness and a high level of customer service across all our party guests, the reception team are currently unable to take party enquiries over the phone or at the desk for these reasons.

For our party packages, all guests must be 4 years and over to participate.

The minimum guest number for a party is 10 max 15. If you would like a larger party, please fill out an enquiry form.

Yes, we require 50% payment at the time of booking. Due to high volumes of enquiries we are unable to reserve parties without a payment. The final 50% must be paid a week in advance to your booking.

Of course! Please ask your party host to assist in singing happy birthday when the time comes! All we ask is no other outside catering is brought into the park, and you only use standard birthday candles due to our fire alarms.

Standing and table decorations are of course welcome, however we do not allow any banners or other items to be attached to the walls as this can cause damage.

Our food is served in a buffet style. The Hero Party Package includes chips, chicken bites, sharing pizzas and a dessert. The Warrior Party Package includes chips and sharing pizzas. The Ninja Party Package includes pizza, chips and a dessert. All Party Packages include bottomless squash. The chicken bites can be swapped for fish fingers or a vegetarian option at request.

Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for physical activity including trainers. Trainers must be worn on the park, anyone with unsuitable footwear will unfortunately be unable to participate. We include this information on our party invites to ensure all your guests are aware.
